No look at ancient Cornwall would be complete without a mention of Tintagel and the surrounding areas. One of the enigmatic places is down a long path off the Tintagel - Boscombe road, where two labyrinths are carved into the rock. A nearby tree is hung with offerings - a cloutie tree - presumably as requests to the gods for some personal improvement in life.

Each labyrinth is about 12" across and of unknown verifiable age.
